Thank you for shopping with us at RhodFlowers. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to assist you with returns and refunds in accordance with our policy.

Return Policy
As we sell fresh flowers, we do not offer a general return policy once the items have been received (Danish consumer law: Forbrugeraftaleloven § 18 stk. 2, nr. 4).
If the flowers or items are defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to report the issue. We will assist in resolving the matter.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be considered for defective or damaged goods, provided that the claim is made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
In the event of a valid claim, we may offer a refund, replacement, or another solution based on the nature of the issue.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time frame.

Conditions for Refunds
We do not accept refunds for products that have been damaged due to improper handling, storage, or lack of care (such as not watering the flowers).
Refunds are only granted for issues that are directly caused by our error or mishandling.
