Delivery Terms for RHODFlowers

1.     General Information

Delivery is subject to the condition that your order has been received and confirmed.
The stated delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on external factors.

2.     Delivery and Pickup Options

Local Delivery: We deliver in the Copenhagen area, and your flowers will be delivered by us. The expected delivery time is 1-2 business days.

Shipping outside Copenhagen: Delivery outside Copenhagen is arranged individually. Contact us to discuss options and prices.

Pickup: You also have the option to pick up your flowers directly from us at Glasvej 5, 2. th., 2400 Copenhagen NV. Once your order is ready for pickup, we will contact you with the exact time and details for collection.

3.     Shipping Method

For local delivery, we carry out the delivery personally.

For shipping outside Copenhagen, the delivery method and terms are agreed upon individually, depending on the destination and specific needs.

4.     Delays and Changes

Although we strive to meet the specified delivery times, unforeseen events or peak periods may cause delays.

In the event of any delays, we will inform you as soon as possible via email or phone.

If certain flowers are unavailable, we may substitute them with similar ones of equal or higher value. See our Terms of Service for more details. 

 

5.     Receipt and Inspection of Goods

Upon receiving your order, we recommend that you inspect it for any damages or errors.

Damages occurring during transport must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt so we can handle the matter.

6.     Special Delivery Requests

If you require delivery on a specific date or within a certain time frame, please contact us in advance to arrange this.
