- Ordering and Payment
We accept the following payment methods:Â
Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and UnionPay
Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay
All transactions are securely processed via Shopify Payments.Â
All prices are quoted in DKK and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

- Order changes and Cancellations
Changes:Â We will do our best to accomodate order changes, but they must be requested at least 48Â hours before the scheduled delivery. Changes requested after this period may not be possible.Â
Cancellations:Â Orders can be canceled up to 48 hours before delivery for a full refund.
Cancellations made later than this cannot be refunded, as flowers are perishable and prepared in advance.ÂSubscription Orders
Customers may subscribe to select subscription flowers for recurring delivery on a weekly, biweekly or monthly basis.Â
Payment for subscription orders are processed automatically at the chosen interval.
Subscribers can manage their subscription, including pausing, updating, or canceling, only after their initial order has been placed.
Confirmation emails will be sent for each upcoming delivery.Â
Deliveries for subscription flowers are only made on Tuesdays.Â
Substitution and refund policies apply to subscription orders.ÂÂ

- Delivery
We deliver throughout Copenhagen with an expected delivery time of 1-2 business days.
Delivery outside of Copenhagen is also possible – please contact us to arrange options and pricing.
Delays may occur during peak times or unforeseen events.Â

- Substitution Policy
We strive to deliver flowers exactly as shown in our product images. However, due to seasonal availability and supply chain variations, certain flowers or colors may be unavailable. In such cases:Â
- We reserve the right to substitute flowers with similar ones of equal or greater value, maintaining the overall aesthetic and quality of the arrangement.
- If a significant substitution is necessary, we will attempt to contact you for approval. If we cannot reach you, we will proceed with a replacement to ensure timely delivery.Â
- No refunds will be issued for reasonable substitutions that match the intended style and value of the original order.Â
- Refund & Return Policy
As we sell fresh flowers, there is no right of withdrawal after receipt of the goods. If there are any issues or defects, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item so that we can find a solution.

- Complaints
If there are any issues or defects with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and within 24 hours of receipt, as we sell fresh flowers.
The complaint right does not cover damage caused by improper storage, lack of watering, or other conditions not caused by our fault.
We reserve the right to determine whether the complaint entitles you to a new delivery, partial refund, or another solution.

We process your information in accordance with the GDPR.Â
We only share your information with trusted third parties when it is necessary to deliver our services, and always on the condition that these parties comply with applicable data protection regulations.
